The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Work as part of the team to ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of Client Data whilst ensuring that we are compliant with relevant regulations at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing onboarding data, liaising with Investment Management, producing MI.
  • Processing closed accounts, remitting funds and distributing closure documentation.
  • Assisting with quarterly fee and valuation production, maintaining reconciliations, and answering queries.
  • Reviewing returned post and Loss of Contact clients.
  • Creation of new portfolios, processing service switches and deceased.
  • Amendment of existing database records as required.
  • General maintenance of all databases.
  • Action regular control tasks.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Filing of daily work – electronic and hard copy.
  • Ensure all queries are dealt with in a positive and timely manner.
  • In addition to the above functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential:

  • Demonstrate experience within a client data processing environment.
  • Some knowledge and experience of FCA Regulations and Market Practice relevant to Private Clients.

Advantageous:

  • Client regulatory reporting.
  • Calculation and charging of Portfolio Management Fees.
  • Experience within a Private Client environment.
  • Client on-boarding processes and AML requirements.

Academic/Other Skills Required:

  • Preferably Graduate.
  • Educated to minimum of A-level standard, with minimum of Grade C at GCSE English and Maths.
  • Preferably holder of IOC equivalent CISI qualification or willing to work towards achieving this.
  • Excellent communication – both written and oral.
  • Problem Solving / ability to use one’s own initiative.
  • IT/relevant systems knowledge including strong Excel skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive, flexible and able to work positively under pressure.
  • Well organised.
  • Ability to maintain required standards when working under pressure.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • A reliable individual who works well within a team environment.
  • Good IT skills, especially MS Excel.
