We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and office ensuring that all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and safe environment for both staff and visitors.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is beneficial.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
