Every piece we create is rooted in comfort, confidence, and function. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for an experienced Activewear Designer who genuinely understands what it means to design for women who want to feel good in their bodies.

The Role

This is a hands-on, mid-level design role for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience designing activewear / womenswear. • Creating clear, detailed tech packs covering construction, measurements, fabrics, and trims
  • Designing with fit and function front of mind, across core and seasonal styles
  • Researching fabrics, finishes, and construction methods that support comfort and performance
  • Working closely with garment technologists and manufacturers to perfect fit and feel
  • Attending fit sessions and confidently refining designs through sampling stages
  • Designing with inclusivity in mind, understanding different body shapes and support needs
  • Managing multiple styles and timelines in a fast-moving environment
  • Balancing creativity with commercial awareness and production realities

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience designing activewear or performance-led apparel
  • A deep understanding of activewear fabrics, stretch, support, and construction
  • Strong experience creating accurate, production-ready tech packs
  • Confidence in fit development and problem-solving through sampling
  • A designer who understands that comfort and confidence are just as important as aesthetics
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a growing brand
  • A collaborative mindset and clear communication style

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience designing for inclusive or extended size ranges
  • Experience working in a DTC or scaling brand

Why JLUXE
