As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping quality excellence within JLR's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre. What To Expect

You’ll join a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on electric propulsion technology, where quality is central to everything we do. Working closely with plant and production teams, you’ll lead a small team of engineers while helping to solve complex challenges, improve processes and embed best practice across the operation.   • Leading the resolution of escalated quality concerns, driving root cause analysis and delivering sustainable corrective actions
  • Coaching and developing quality engineers, supporting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and improvement
