In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you’ll help power iconic electric cars. As a Senior Production Leader, you’ll play a key role in launching, developing and optimising production operations within our Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre. - Coordinating production activities and resources to ensure operational priorities, customer requirements and production schedules are achieved.
- Championing continuous improvement activities, identifying constraints and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance performance.
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturing, quality and safety operating systems while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
