Location: Hams Hall Industrial Operations is where we add value to our modern luxury ethos. Whether in Procurement, sourcing vital products and services, or Supply Chain, managing Logistics Operations and Fulfilment, you will ensure seamless operations for our iconic vehicles across our global footprint while prioritising sustainable initiatives. Working with cross-functional teams, you will be part of how we drive efficiencies and implement industry-leading practices.
As a Senior Production Leader within Manufacturing Operations at JLR’s Battery Assembly Centre, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This position offers the chance to lead and develop teams, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met while championing innovation and digitalisation in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Process Leaders to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Environment (SQDCPE) targets
- Oversee daily shift performance, ensuring production targets are met and reporting key metrics to senior management
- Manage team performance, attendance, and development, including disciplinary and capability procedures
- Scope, plan, and execute future projects including process improvements, technology upgrades, and capacity expansions
- Champion digitalisation, automation, and lean initiatives to enhance operational resilience and efficiency

- Proven leadership in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of safety systems and production processes
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning tools
