What To Expect
- Develop business capability maps and requirements to define the systems, processes and technology needed for the Manufacturing Logistics Target Operating Model.
- Identify improvement opportunities by assessing gaps between current and target processes.
- Lead PFMEAs, UAT, training needs, go‑live preparation and early life support to ensure flawless implementation.
- Provide technical support through system testing, issue resolution and user education, including warehouse and master data configuration.
- Coach internal and external teams, ensuring effective communication, problem solving and delivery of project milestones.
- Support project governance and change management by evaluating business cases, assessing impacts and aligning operational and technical teams.
- Manage project budgets, develop KPIs and reporting metrics, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations and drive process performance.
What You’ll Need
- SAP EWM / SAP ECC / S4 Core knowledge with understanding of warehouse configuration, master data and key EWM processes (inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing).
- Experience in logistics, supply chain or manufacturing, with working knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing logistics system.
- Familiarity with integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules.
- Ability to provide first level troubleshooting, operational support and user guidance for warehouse activities.
- Strong communication, networking, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build business cases, create meaningful metrics and interpret data to support decision making.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations at senior level.
