In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you will help power iconic electric cars. As a Shipping & Scheduling Senior Analyst at JLR, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations moving seamlessly from factory floor to customers worldwide. What to Expect
  • Leading coordination of production scheduling and international shipping plans to meet customer and business requirements
  • Managing and developing a team of analysts, supporting performance, development and day‑to‑day priorities
  • Creating and maintaining transport and shipping plans, ensuring stock levels and delivery targets are achieved
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to align demand, production and logistics strategies
  • Ensuring accurate data and process adherence across systems such as SAP and Excel
What You’ll Need
  • Experience in international shipping, logistics or scheduling within a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Understanding of customs requirements and global shipping regulations
  • Confidence in using SAP, Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience leading or supporting teams, with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement approaches
