As a Quality Problem Solving Engineer, you’ll play a key role in resolving complex product quality concerns and improving the customer experience. Working with manufacturing, engineering and supplier teams, you’ll help shape better outcomes, expand your expertise and learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry.

What To Expect

  • You’ll be the voice of the customer within the plant, helping to identify, investigate and resolve quality concerns that impact product performance.
  • Leading structured problem-solving activities to identify root causes and deliver sustainable quality improvements.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, supplier and quality teams to resolve product and process concerns.
  • Supporting quality projects that strengthen plant performance and enhance the customer experience.
  • Coaching and facilitating complex quality investigations, ensuring lessons learned are embedded into future programmes.
  • Driving quality-at-source principles and implementing innovative solutions that improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

  • Holding a degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience, alongside knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality methodologies.
  • Applying structured problem-solving tools and techniques, including Six Sigma approaches.
  • Building effective relationships through strong communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrating a customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving quality and customer outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively in fast-paced environments while showing resilience, initiative and a growth mindset.
  • Green Belt certification would be advantageous.
