What To Expect

  • Provide technical leadership across cloud infrastructure, reliability engineering, and platform operations
  • Guide and mentor senior SREs, enabling the team to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient systems
  • Develop and enhance AWS based platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security practices
  • Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure cloud native best practice
  • Oversee incident management processes and drive continuous improvement in reliability and performance
  • Ensure systems meet internal and external standards for robustness, compliance, and operational excellence

What You'll Need

  • Extensive experience with AWS and Kubernetes
  • Strong coding background with experience across the full software delivery lifecycle
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform and AWS focused tooling
  • Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and improving engineering teams and processes
  • Solid understanding of cloud native development, CI/CD tooling, and modern DevOps/SRE practices
  • Strong communication skills and experience operating enterprise scale production systems
