As a Personal Assistant here at JLR you will support six Programme Chiefs who hold responsibility for large scale projects. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being a team player and building a network of contacts and enjoys getting involved to make a difference/impact on the successful delivery of business critical workstreams.
What To Expect
In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organisation. Here’s what to expect:
- Management of travel arrangements and supporting documentation
- Attend team meetings as required, noting and following through on all actions until complete
- Responsible for compiling all daily files and approvals in a timely and quality manner
- Creation and management of expenses and approvals for Programme Chiefs
- Diary management and administration, including bookings and coordination
What You’ll Need
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Can demonstrate the ability to engage and collaborate at all levels of the organisation including senior management
- Proven ability to organise Director’s tasks, keeping an eye on Directors daily objectives to be met
- Capable of multitasking and prioritising
- A proactive approach; always looking ahead and has the ability to see beyond the short-term immediate tasks (the ability to look at the bigger picture and recommend changes/improvements)
- Competent across Microsoft packages Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
