As a Partnerships Senior Account Manager, you’ll shape and deliver standout partnership experiences across Jaguar TCS Racing in Formula E. You’ll help drive the difference for our partners, our teams and our shared future, while sharpening your skills in one of the most exciting environments in sport. This is a vital role within our Motorsport Partnerships and Sponsorships team and your work will transform partnerships from contracts into meaningful, creative collaborations that connect technology, performance and purpose. You will have the opportunity to flourish and to learn from some of the brightest minds in motorsport. You’ll gain broad exposure across marketing, communications, events and leadership, accelerating both your professional growth and personal confidence.

What To Expect

In this role, no two days look the same. You’ll build trusted relationships with one of our main sponsors, shape memorable experiences and deliver work that is seen on a global sporting stage. The role will involve the following:

  • Manage the planning, delivery and evaluation of partnership activations across marketing, communications, PR, events and hospitality for our title partner
  • Lead as the main point of contact for key partners, setting up and hosting meetings, workshops and senior reviews with confidence and clarity
  • Deliver partner campaigns at race and non-race events, including hospitality, tours, vehicle showcases and experiences
  • Manage partner rights, approvals, budgets and reporting to ensure commitments are met and impact is measured
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across Motorsport, PR, Events and Communications to bring ideas to life

What You’ll Need

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, you will also require the following:

  • Experience in sponsorship or partnership management within sport or motorsport working with large organisations
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, including working with large global organisations
  • Experience delivering marketing, communications, events or hospitality programmes
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and evaluating campaign performance
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and work occasional weekends as part of a global championship calendar
