Working in Manufacturing at JLR, you will be the hands-on expert who brings innovation to life. You will collaborate with a team of expert technicians and problem-solvers and use cutting-edge tools, facilities, and processes engineered together to build era-defining vehicles that people across the world know and love. What You’ll Do

  • Leverage operational and system expertise to identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
  • Develop data insights from the ground up, analysing key trends to highlight and drive systemic enhancements.
  • Maintain and continuously improve a suite of automated reports and performance metrics for deployed solutions.
  • Partner with vendors to embed robust reporting metrics and performance monitoring capabilities into core solutions as part of the implementation process.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to translate data driven insights into successful, measurable improvements.
  • Conduct periodic audits of automation facilities and operational processes to ensure full alignment with design intent and best practice standards.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics environments and with logistics automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the operational requirements needed to run automated logistics systems effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time in a fast paced environment.
  • Self starter with strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Ability to develop Tableau reports, using SQL and SAP to extract and manipulate cloud based data.
