What To Expect
Lead testing excellence in a collaborative, systems-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering system verification and validation capabilities through corporate tools
  • Leading testing tools and methodology improvements across Control Systems
  • Executing Control Systems Testing on Powertrain programmes
  • Driving issue resolution and supporting team members with expert analysis
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to align testing with systems engineering standards
  • Championing model-in-the-loop testing to ensure robust, right-first-time development

What You’ll Need
Expertise in Systems Engineering and an eye for structured testing of interconnected automotive components. To succeed, you’ll need:

  • Experience in Systems Engineering within automotive or similar safety-critical sectors
  • Proficiency in structured testing and documentation of complex systems
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Practical experience in integrated system testing environments
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to technical problem-solving
  • Ability to manage priorities and maintain focus in a fast-moving delivery environment
