What To Expect
Lead testing excellence in a collaborative, systems-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering system verification and validation capabilities through corporate tools
- Leading testing tools and methodology improvements across Control Systems
- Executing Control Systems Testing on Powertrain programmes
- Driving issue resolution and supporting team members with expert analysis
- Collaborating with engineering teams to align testing with systems engineering standards
- Championing model-in-the-loop testing to ensure robust, right-first-time development
What You’ll Need
Expertise in Systems Engineering and an eye for structured testing of interconnected automotive components. To succeed, you’ll need:
- Experience in Systems Engineering within automotive or similar safety-critical sectors
- Proficiency in structured testing and documentation of complex systems
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Practical experience in integrated system testing environments
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to technical problem-solving
- Ability to manage priorities and maintain focus in a fast-moving delivery environment
