We are looking for a skilled and drivenPrep Technicianto join our award-winning aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art workshop environment, preparing premium vehicles to the exceptional standards expected of the Land Rover brand.

We are offering abasic salary of up to £35,551, depending on skills and experience, based on a41-hour Monday to Friday working week, alongside an additionalover-performance bonus opportunity.

To welcome you to the business, we're also offering an outstanding£4,000 bonus package, including:

£2,000 Sign-On Bonuspaid in Month 1

£2,000 Retention Bonuspaid in Month 13

About the Role

As a Prep Technician, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience built on trust, quality and attention to detail.

You will be responsible for carrying outPre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)on both new and used vehicles, ensuring every vehicle is prepared to the highest standards and fully compliant with manufacturer requirements before reaching the customer.

Working within a fast-paced and professional workshop, you'll be expected to achieve agreed productivity targets while maintaining exceptional levels of quality and ensuring a right-first-time approach to every vehicle you prepare.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

• A recognised Automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Prep Technician
• Your own tools
• A full UK driving licence
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards
