As a DevOps Product Delivery Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the technical delivery and change management of a prioritised backlog that spans legal and mandatory updates, business-critical enhancements, and strategic improvements. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations such as technical upgrades, maintenance, and incident resolution, while also shaping the long-term product roadmap in collaboration with our suppliers and technology partners. It’s a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

  • Take the lead in translating business strategy into a clear and actionable digital product vision, shaping detailed technical requirements that align with DevOps principles.
  • You’ll bring hands-on experience in building and optimising CI/CD pipelines to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee deployment environments and operational performance, proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth, stable technical operations across the board.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, leading sessions that reflect on delivery performance, identify opportunities, and shape future ways of working.

  • Deep understanding of DevOps principles, including hands-on experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation to enhance delivery pipelines and system performance.
