  • What to Expect
  • Support production targets by ensuring maintenance activities contribute to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Environmental objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the CMMS/SAP EAM system, including preventive maintenance plans, asset registers, equipment structures, and performance reporting.
  • Develop maintenance schedules and work instructions to support repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Analyse equipment performance data and apply reliability, maintainability, and FMEA methodologies to improve asset uptime and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams, stakeholders, and digital teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support SAP EAM development and deployment.
  • What You'll Need
  • You will need one of the following: A Government Approved Apprenticeship, Craftsman Certificate, Level 3 BTEC, NVQ, OCR Cambridge Nationals or a National Diploma (in general, electrical or mechanical engineering maintenance).
  • Experience delivering performance metrics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using CMMS systems and managing preventive maintenance programmes.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and risk assessment requirements.
  • Problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and analytical skills.
  • The ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and support small projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power Point, Word, and Project.
