What To Expect
- You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of battery manufacturing operations, leading large‑scale teams and ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.
- Lead daily battery manufacturing operations across frame welding, module assembly, cell stacking, and pack assembly.
- Develop and inspire large, multi‑shift production teams (250+), driving capability, engagement, and performance.
- Champion safety, ensuring full compliance with EHS, environmental, and high‑voltage standards.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root‑cause analysis to improve yield, throughput, and cost.
- Own manufacturing KPIs (SQDCPE) and implement robust action plans to deliver sustained performance.
What You'll Need
- Proven operational leader with experience managing large, multi‑shift manufacturing teams.
- Strong capability in production planning, resource allocation, and delivery against safety, quality, cost, and output targets.
- Deep experience in continuous improvement, including Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methodologies.
- Confident cross‑functional collaborator, able to lead equipment introduction, automation, and process change.
- Data‑driven decision‑maker with strong analytical skills and experience using MES, SPC, and digital manufacturing tools.
