Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply. We are looking for a dedicated Fulfilment Associate to support the daily operations of our Dishpatch fulfilment centre. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our fulfilment processes run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. Your primary focus will be maintaining the high quality of our fulfilment operations by ensuring all food is accurately portioned according to specification. You will also be a champion for safety, ensuring complete compliance with internal processes and company Food Safety policies, as well as supporting the safe operation of all equipment and facilities.
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Working pattern/flexible working: The Fulfillment team are required to be onsite over 5 days a week. This is often a Monday - Saturday pattern, however there may be a requirement to cover some weekends/bank holidays.
Key responsibilities:
- Support fulfilment operations on a weekly basis.
- Preparation, Portioning and packing food to a steady and quality standard.
- Using packing equipment to assist with completion of tasks.
- Creating and boxing components in a timely manner.
Essential skills/experience you'll need:
- Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience of working in a Food packing/catering/hospitality.
- Flexible approach to ensure the support of the whole team.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Preparation: Prepping and packing food items specifically within a cold room and production kitchen settings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining on your feet, moving frequently, and handling/carrying heavy items.
Desirable skills/experience you may have:
- Food Safety Level 2.
- Allergen Awareness.
