As a Visual Merchandising Partner, you’ll design inspiring and eye-catching displays in our shop windows, to entice our customers into our shops, encouraging them to buy our products. You'll create a meaningful shopping experience for each and every customer who walks around our shop floor with exceptional merchandising and presentation standards.
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering market leading merchandising and presentation standards.
- Working on seasonal and floor layout changes effectively and efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
- Demonstrating flexibility to support across other areas of the branch and departments when required.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise with visual merchandising and branch colleagues to develop the departments and branches performance.
- Carrying out stock handling and systems processes to minimise business risk and loss.
- Creative skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience of working within a team.
- Qualifications in Display or Design.
- Previous experience in the creation of displays.
- Experience of working in a retail environment.
