**Salary range** – Salary range for this role is £45,500 to £68,300 per annum plus monthly Additional Responsibility Allowance **Location** – Bracknell* Gathering KPI data and compilation of monthly KPI reports for all workshops and external maintenance. Collating and follow-up of resulting actions with Maintenance Managers and reporting of these to Fleet Maintenance Manager.* Analysing maintenance data to identify high spend areas, anomalies, regular repairs etc and propose corrective actions* Oversight and reporting of warranty claims. Management of generic claims with manufacturers including financial compensation for loss of use* Oversight of Workshop Management System data, identifying sub-optimal data and educating users to correct.* Creation and management of a development system for Maintenance Partners, including management of Apprentice training, technical and management training, individual KPIs and incentives:- + Management and development of a technical training programme to deliver skills and accredited qualifications in manufacturer specific, skill specific (ie electronic diagnosis, welding) and fuel specific areas. + Creation and management of Multi-skilled Technician and Master Technician roles and the associated development programme. + Creation and management of management development pathways including provision of specialist training + Working with Workshop Managers to create and manage of skills matrices and development programmes for all Maintenance Partners* Working with Resourcing to attract and retain Partners through optimising pay and other benefits.* Management and selection training providers, acquisition of funding for training and seeking opportunities for training subsidy.* Networking with local schools and other potential sources of candidates* Chairing of Local Voice meeting and assisting in promoting Engagement and Democratic Vitality* Maintaining a social media presence to promote engage with and attract candidates* Management of National Workshop Parts Compliance Parts Manager with oversight of national parts agreements inventory control, workshop compliance and safety and PPE specification and procurement.* Monitoring workshop equipment condition and requirements and acquiring capital funds and budgets where needed, managing maintenance, renewal and new projects such as MOT stations.* Managing regular workshop audits and self audits for safety, compliance, condition and productivity. Follow-up of audit action plans* Creation of a quarterly newsletter for Maintenance Partners* Sufficient experience of commercial vehicle fleet maintenance* Knowledge of O Licence regulations for Commercial Vehicle Maintenance to ensure compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
