Role Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Works Coordinator to join JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management business. The Works Coordinator will provide information to Permit applicants/Vendors regarding the building Permit requirements, inspection and general requirements of the Permit Process. This will include the administration of JLL an Client systems to ensure contractual compliance.
As a Works Coordinator your main responsibilities will include the communication with various teams across the portfolio to ensure compliance, preventing any procedural delays with an excellent level of attention to detail and proactive mindset. You will assist with vendor oversight, reporting and data processing. You will work as part of a team but with a strong emphasis on independent outcome.
