The predicted salary is between 54000 - 66000 £ per year.

all assigned projects from briefing/initiation stage through to full closeout, operational excellence and handover to Facilities Management, covering site selection, design, budget/cost/changes, schedule, procurement, construction and performance feedback.

Drive all internal and external stakeholders - including Area Manager, TM, FM, Space and Occupancy team, IT, Security, EHS and all strategic partners (e.g. Designers, PM/CM & GC) to meet agreed Project Charter (customer brief, headcount, time, cost, quality and safety)

Proactively identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle and communicate and report project issues, health status and action plan to holistically de-risk projects.

Drive projects at tactical as well as operational level, with "helicopter" view, and communicate to create relationships in a solution-oriented, 'one-team' approach to de-risk all projects.

Collaborate with Area Managers and senior level clients across the business lines to interpret business needs into a Project Charter (customer brief).

Ensure all necessary internal and external project approvals are sought and governance processes are followed (not excluding Project charter, spend and transaction approvals, design authority approvals, procurement approvals, legal approvals, landlord lease compliance activities, wayleaves, building licenses and occupation licenses).

Experience in Project/Programme Management in Real Estate ideally in office fit-out

Experience delivering complex commercial projects within corporate or international environments, with demonstrable experience managing projects from briefing through design, construction and handover to operations.

Real Estate Project/Programme Management Leadership

Proven track record leading end-to-end corporate real estate programmes including scope definition, design coordination, procurement strategy, construction oversight, cost/change control and operational readiness across multi-site portfolios.

Design & Construction Industry Background

Professional qualification or degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline, with strong technical understanding of fit-out delivery, MEP systems, design-construction interfaces and contractor/consultant coordination.

Stakeholder Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and align multiple internal functions (FM, IT, Security, Space Planning, EHS) and external partners (Designers, PM/CM, General Contractors) within complex, matrixed organizational structures to achieve project outcomes.

Commercial & Governance Acumen

Expert-level capability in project financials, cost management, value engineering, change control, procurement strategy and governance compliance (approvals, contract administration, risk mitigation) throughout the full project lifecycle.

What this job involves This position will be responsible for integrated Program Management in the Client's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) portfolio, ranging from post occupancy / expansion / consolidation / exits of existing offices to fully fitted-out corporate offices in new locations. (Headcount up to 4000). This critical role provides leadership of all project stakeholders from inception stage until the project achieves operational excellence and successful handover to Facilities Management team. The client is a leading technology company and is our fastest growing and most innovative client for the EMEA region.
