Overview
Join our Dynamic Supplier Engagement Team in the heart of Norwich. This is a role within the Finance Operations department, focused on supporting JLL, our clients, and their supply partners through dedicated customer service and smooth partnerships. This is not a standard finance role but a unique opportunity to influence supplier engagement and project delivery in a real estate services environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform reviews and reporting tasks relating to the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
- Process handling of CIS supplier documents.
- Ensure that VAT treatment is correctly applied based on the project and supplier.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding payment queries.
- Assist with supplier payments.
- Administer updates for supplier data.
- Assist with supplier ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Be the point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders.
