We are looking for a seasoned Transaction Manager to join one of our top-tier Client’s Account Team. This position will be responsible for managing real estate transactions across EMEA, ensuring that the real estate portfolio is aligned with the Client’s overall strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage and drive transactions to completion
- Manage portfolio critical dates
- Liaise with internal teams and external brokers to provide full service to the Client including overseeing communication, reporting and documentation from JLL local office to ensure high quality service standards
- Set and achieve Client objectives in line with MSA KPIs
- Ensure reports are delivered on time and meet client objectives
- Contribute to projecting fee income via annual fee forecasting/ managing potential fee pipeline
- Advise on portfolio optimization solutions
- Support senior team members on delivering complex transactions
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial metrics and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to interface with a diverse range of roles
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Real Estate or preferably RICS qualified
