Being one of the leading companies in the real estate industry, JLL handles a high volume of telephone enquiries. You will be part of the JLL CRE Workplace Team, working on the customer‑focused switchboard and servicing multiple lines of business within JLL UK. You will work within a back‑office team, based in Birmingham but handling enquiries for the whole of the UK. This role focuses on the client journey and the smooth handling of telephone enquiries. A typical call lasts between 10 seconds and 1 minute, with a volume of about 150 calls per day. This is an on‑site, full‑time role, working 40 hours a week from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Primary task: answer all inbound calls and ensure appropriate qualification and distribution.
- Answer inbound calls on behalf of multiple JLL departments, establish the nature of the call, qualify the caller, capture key information, load information onto CRM software, and pass the lead to the relevant department.

- Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
