Role Purpose

The Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor will work within a high performing industry leading team in JLL's National Capital Markets team, focusing on Offices.

What this job involves:

  • Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (Including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Company clients)

  • Generation of buy side idea targets

  • Financial analysis of opportunities

  • Pre-sale due diligence

  • Pre-acquisition due diligence

  • Preparation of market reports

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

  • RICS certification minimum 1 year post qualification experience

  • Need to be highly numerate with good report writing skills

  • A strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritise work commitments.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ideally knowledge of the Office sector and/or capital markets experience

  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious, and hungry for success
