As part of our small, friendly UK Supplier Engagement Team, you will be operating within the interesting department of Finance Operations. This is not your standard finance role - it is a unique opportunity to be a key player between JLL, our global clients, and their Supply Partners. We support JLL’s Property and Asset Management Teams through advisory, projects and problem-solving services. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth partnerships between JLL, our clients, and their Supply Partners through dedicated customer service.

Your Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

  • Point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solve financial queries and disputes.
  • Handle client needs with excellent customer service skills.
  • Work on transitions and operational projects.
  • Monitor and safeguard accurate supplier / mandate / property data.
  • Lead engaging internal client finance meetings.
  • Manage legal documents and other escalated complications.
  • Be involved with risk and compliance, process reviews and audits.
