Working closely with the Regional Manager (PFI/PPP) and other internal key stakeholders to ensure PFI/PPP and other Non-PFI contracts assigned to their role are compliant with the requirements of the FM and Project Agreements and with all statutory regulations. Maximise revenue and profit opportunities through robust deduction management, effective deployment of direct labour, procurement gains and the development of an appropriate lifecycle strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of FM services to the contracts taking responsibility for performance, Human Resource Management, health and safety, quality and profitability.
- Ensure that the requirements of the Project Agreement and FM Agreement are delivered, in line with SLA's & deliverables.
- Develop site specific policies and operational procedures which fit with the company’s value framework and match the requirements of the client.
- Ensure the contracts comply with relevant client standards, including Building Bulletins and the Services Output Specification.
- Liaise with Client Representatives (End User & SPV) ensuring positive constructive relationships based on long term partnership.
- It is desirable for the applicant to have a technical background and qualification, the buildings do offer technical challenges and the role will involve specification setting and sourcing of technical components where a knowledge of M&E will be vital in reducing business risk.
- Manage and develop staff ensuring a positive employment culture, effective training strategies and high retention levels.
- Monitor performance and provide formal monthly reports to the client.
