As a Senior People Experience Partner (PXP), you will be a hands-on team member with the ability to flex from strategic to tactical work while being a thoughtful member of the JLLT People Team. You will partner with business leaders to ensure alignment and impactful execution of the people strategy. Our PXPs are experienced HR professionals who will use their business acumen and HR expertise to enable business & HR priorities. PXPs work closely with business leadership and our HR centres of excellence to enhance the employee experience and help our talent do their best work.
This role will help lead the charge as we focus on building our HR foundation, allowing us to evolve for scale, while providing the opportunity to develop, enhance, and implement solutions to a variety of HR challenges in the dynamic environment of JLLT. The ideal candidate will be passionate about great employee experiences, leverage their foundational knowledge of HR to tackle a range of priorities, be invigorated by creating scalable solutions, leverage data and technology to inform process efficiencies, and have a strong desire to grow the team and the function. This role will help ensure the JLLT People Team is innovative, strategic, data centric, and results-oriented. This role will focus on some of the most critical components of supporting employees throughout their employment journey and deliver business impact.
What you will do:
- Partner with business leaders to influence, develop and integrate targeted people strategies based on situational analysis to drive business goals.
- Operate as an objective and trusted advisor; provide appropriate coaching to elevate the leadership team collectively and individually.
- Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address them at the root cause and implement sustainable solutions.
- Communicate a clear, accurate understanding of HR analytics, providing insights and strategic direction on how to use them to grow the business, deliver results and drive continuous HR improvement.
- Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.
- Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.
- Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations Team.
- Establish effective partnerships with the JLLT people partners and the HR centres of excellence.
- Implement solutions needed to improve the operational effectiveness of the JLLT HR Team and our centres of excellence partners.
- Monitor metrics that evaluate initiatives and programs to ensure a data-driven approach to effectiveness; use data to recommend and implement solutions in support of achieving team and/or business initiatives.
- Challenge the status quo, leverage partnerships to drive operational change and increased performance while focusing on improving the employee experience.
What you will bring:
- 10+ years of experience obsessing about the employee experience in an HR role while being focused on driving for accountability and results.
- Strong business acumen to provide solutions that deliver impact, demonstrate creative problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Prior experience building a scalable infrastructure of people processes and tools.
- Ability to use data to drive recommendations and decision making.
- Confidence in recommending projects or programs needed for achieving functional goals.
- Experience crafting employee communications that provide clarity and support and/or bring excitement to employees.
- Ability to think ahead and build for the long term to create proactive workflows.
- Strong functional HR expertise in process development and project management.
- Passionate about providing an extraordinary experience for employees at all levels.
- Previous experience working in the Technology industry preferred.
