What this job involves:  

Our Senior People Experience Partner will strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy & elevate organization-wide performance by enhancing key moments throughout the employee lifecycle. Working in partnership with our largest EMEA client account team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive regional People Strategy that aligns with JLL's Global vision while driving business and client focused results. You will activate HR products & services that enrich employee experiences, while using your business acumen, HR expertise, and regional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and develop innovative solutions that unleash talent to do their best work. 

What your day-to-day will look like:  

Strategic Partnership 

  • Work with Global Senior People Partner and EMEA Account Director/leadership teams to develop and execute a comprehensive regional People Strategy that both supports our employees to have an exceptional employee experience and our clients business objectives.

  • Understand business and client priorities including strategy, P&L, and key initiatives to provide commercially sound solutions 

  • Serve as a key contributor to the EMEA account executive team, forging strong relationships with senior executives 

  • Lead on HR and People updates in monthly and quarterly EMEA leadership reviews, presenting to our executive and client teams 

  • Use industry trends and best practices to inform strategy decisions and present best practices to our client team 

People Experience Leadership 

  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of account-dedicated HR, L&D, Advisory and Coordination Specialists across EMEA 

  • Activate and facilitate JLL's policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, management, compensation reviews, talent reviews and promotion 

  • Lead and coordinate talent management activities including goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning 

  • Drive a culture of inclusion which celebrates employee diversity and promotes belonging 

  • Support the growth strategy, including lead M&A activities specific to people transitions (e.g., UK TUPE) by providing HR expertise and transition project management 

Operational Excellence 

  • Lead organisation change initiatives across the region including organisation design and restructure to optimise service delivery and employee operations/experience 

  • Partner with Talent and Rewards CoEs to define strategies that drive employee and business performance priorities 

  • Ensure the talent sourcing strategy provides a pipeline of high-quality candidates to enhance our service delivery, culture and employee experience  

  • Support Employee Relations by addressing high-risk/complex employee relations issues 

  • Use HR analytics to provide insights and strategic direction that grow the business 

  • Identify and recommend efficiencies in the employee lifecycle with clear handoffs to other stakeholders 

  • Support the wider JLL HR leadership team on transformation projects

Interpersonal Skills 

  • Exceptional communicator and influencer with ability to effectively deliver presentations 

  • Ability to adjust communication styles across diverse senior stakeholders 

  • Cultivate robust relationships to serve as a trusted HR advisor 

  • Ability to coach and influence senior management 

Business Expertise 

  • Experience delivering HR and operational activity within complex organizations 

  • Skilled in utilizing data and technology to drive business performance 

  • Strong commercial acumen with client focus to support new business development 

  • Experience balancing JLL and client needs in a service delivery context 

Required Skills and Experience:  

  • Experienced in Human Resources in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner role 

  • Professional qualification (CIPD or equivalent) and/or advanced degree preferred 

  • SHRM certifications (PHR or SPHR) equivalent would be advantageous  

  • Knowledge of EMEA legislation and HR best practices 

  • Experience supporting both senior executives and dispersed populations 

  • Track record and reputation as a trusted advisor and someone who can influence business leaders and the strategic direction of the organization 

  • Employee Relations, including restructure and TUPE 

  • Experience of a global matrix organisation working with HR COE to deliver  

  • Experience leading and participating in large scale HR and organizational transformations  

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products 

  • Fluency in business-level English required
