The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 £ per year.
This role is responsible for the effective and efficient scheduling of all maintenance activities across the contract. The Scheduler will execute the end-to-end work order management process, including the coordination of all planned and reactive services. This will be achieved by utilising JLL engineering teams and our external supply chain to ensure work is completed within contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and to the client's satisfaction.
Main Duties:
- Facilities management (FM) is advantageous.
- Experience in coordinating service delivery in a mobile field force environment, including parts management and subcontract service delivery.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment driven by customer SLAs, performance measurement and personal work targets essential.
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay calm in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
