There are opportunities for growth and career development; as the team develops you may be responsible for managing junior staff. Acting as a technical subject matter expert, you will be supported in achieving external qualifications and becoming globally recognized in RAM.

This exciting opportunity is responsible for providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate the client's existing systems (including building automation, energy management, maintenance programs and life‑cycle asset management approach).

Develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment and processes in accordance with JLL’s enhanced Reliability. Performs root cause failure analysis to help prevent failures. Facilitates/supports operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the root cause/causal factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow‑up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness.

Condition‑Based Maintenance understanding of moving and rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, etc., from an operations and maintenance perspective, mechanically and electrically. Experience with predictive maintenance technologies, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound, and motor current analysis.

Plans and performs engineering operations, monitors operations centre systems, RCM programme implementation, process engineering assignments, root cause failure analysis, incorporation of condition‑based maintenance (CBM) and predictive testing and inspection (PT). Actively seeks, shares and acts on feedback on own performance and of team. Advocates self‑development. A self‑starter with flexible and open‑minded approach to working and drive to go “Beyond”.

Systematic approach to work with high attention to detail. Ability to work without direct supervision. Embraces change and develops innovative solutions and challenges the “status‑quo”.
