We are looking for a Receptionist for our Integrated Facilities Management business line. The Receptionist will work as part of the site based Facilities Management team acting as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors, welcoming them to the site and assisting with checking in and directing them to events and meetings. This role is ideal for an individual with front‑house management experience looking for a challenging next step.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all visitors in a warm, professional and polite manner.
- Assist with the management of loaner badges for staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation.
- Coordinate internal meetings and support the JLL Events Team.
- Perform general office duties and other tasks assigned by management.
- Support building tours for VIP guests.
Qualifications
- Background in reception, hospitality, or concierge services.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑cultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to network across all department levels, and proven problem‑solving skills.
