What this job involves: Our graduate programme will provide you with first-hand experience while working towards a professional qualification. You’ll join us on a 2 to 2.5 year trainee programme, working towards Project Management Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). If you do not have an RICS accredited degree then you will complete a Master’s degree in Construction Management as part of the programme as well. Anyone with a degree can join this programme, irrespective of degree discipline, as we’re focused on training you to becoming a qualified and well-rounded professional.
Working exclusively within the Tetris Projects team, you will get a variety of experience in how construction projects are delivered. You will take ownership for real work that will help our clients achieve their ambitions. You will gain exposure to different sized projects with various types of clients and understand the different strategies clients may have in managing their properties.
What your day-to-day will look like: You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions. The work will vary but below are some of what you’ll experience:

- You’ll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and property legislation that may impact our work
- You’ll learn how to use various property systems/databases so we can collect information that will help us determine the best solution for clients
- You’ll build relationships across our business and clients to ensure we deliver a great service
- You’ll work with your team to draft and deliver work that may involve project reports, site management and understanding, programme building, procurement methodology and logistical organisation for delivering construction projects
- You’ll visit properties to carry out inspections or conduct client and supply chain viewings
- You’ll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth

Required Skills and Experience:
- GCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Degree – predicted or achieved ideally within Construction Management or Construction Project Management or similar
- You’ll have a curious mindset so you can learn and grow with us
- You’ll be passionate and eager to contribute your thoughts, create fresh ideas, and challenge yourself to do more than you think you could
- You’ll have an interest in the property industry and how we can shape its future

Location: London
Estimated compensation for this position is: £32,000. The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
