Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 18:00pm
An opportunity has arisen for a Post Room Operator to join our team, reporting to the Contract Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Categorising and re-sourcing the correct Mail
- Handling telephone queries from clients
- Dealing with multiple couriers throughout the day
- Updating client systems (DHL, Pitney Bowes)
- Preparing Mail/packages ready for pick up
- Delivering Mail to the clients twice a day
- Assisting other team members when and if required
- Porterage duties when needed
- Ensuring Post/Packages are being allocated within time scale provided by Client to meet SLA's
Additional duties as and when requested via the Contract Admin Manager.
