Job Purpose:
- Ability to lead a diverse team of multiskilled engineers to ensure high performance and delivery.
- To undertake aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Small Projects and Helpdesk Calls in accordance with both client and JLL requirements.
- To manage and monitor the buildings operational functions.
- To be responsible for the buildings operational assets and systems whilst on shift.
- To issue permit to work for all specialist vendors and carry out appropriate isolations via LOTO.
- To ensure EHS, statutory and contractual compliance is delivered and maintained.
- To ensure building operating conditions are maintained in line with design specifications together with confirmation of in-country regulations, and contractual requirements.
- To ensure all site documentation is collected, analysed and recorded.
- To produce monthly operational reports, and additional reporting when required.
- To complete HV training and switch HV and LV supplies as required.
Aims and Objectives:
- To act as a single point of contact for all Engineering matters across the location.
- Assist ESM in the safe delivery of all JLL services and projects.

Person Specification:
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Indentured Apprenticeship City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent; or 17th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration or recognised equivalent.
- Experience gained within a critical maintenance environment.
- A good working knowledge of BMS, and critical assets and systems i.e. UPS, Emergency Generation-Electrical and Mechanical distribution, Air conditioning.
- Ability to interpret technical information and work with the team to provide solutions to technical / complex issues.
- Good leadership qualities, with a desire to progress within the business.
- Ability to adapt to differing in-country regulation and compliance.
