As part of our small, friendly UK Supplier Engagement Team, you will be operating within the interesting department of Finance Operations. This is not your standard finance role - it is a unique opportunity to be a key player between JLL, our global clients, and their Supply Partners. We support JLL's Property Management Teams through advisory, projects and problem-solving services. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth partnerships between JLL, our clients, and their Supply Partners through dedicated customer service.
Your Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Perform reviews and reporting tasks relating to the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
- Process handing of CIS supplier documents.
- Ensure that VAT treatment is correctly applied based on the project and supplier.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding payment queries.
- Assistance with supplier payments.
- Administrating updates for our supplier data.
- Assistance with supplier ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders.
