Working within our UK Supplier Engagements Team you will be part of an diverse and integral team that supports and delivers a professional customer focused experience for our suppliers / service partners enabling the continuity of service for Occupiers and Clients.
We have a unique role within the UK Team that sits within our core Client Financial Services (CFS) department for supporting one of our leading clients Legal and General Investment Management.
As part of this role you will primarily working to provide a customer service function to ensure the partnering between, LGIM, JLL and their Suppliers runs smoothly within Accounts Payable related tasks.
You will be the main point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders for this client using your skills to resolve any outstanding queries and disputes .
You will also be providing operational and consultancy support ensuring that our key aims are delivered; To pay all suppliers within 30 days, to manage supplier debt and minimise potential risks, to provide a first class customer service to all our stakeholders, to accurately and promptly resolve any supply chain hold ups (processing, queries
