Mobile Maintenance Technician

South Yorkshire

Fulltime
Shift timing-
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On call rota basis & Flexible to work on weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance using JLL's CAFM system
- Conduct regular inspections and repairs on building fabric/facilities
- Perform basic plumbing, drainage, water hygiene, painting, and carpentry tasks
- Engage with specialist subcontractors and maintain accurate site records
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation
- Report issues accurately and *escalate* when required
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in building maintenance or facilities management
- Fabric Engineer apprenticeship/Carpentry & Joinery qualifications or similar
- Proficiency with PDA and CAFM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to time constraints
- Customer-focused with professional appearance
Working Conditions:
- Must reside geographically near job sites
- Flexibility required for weekend work and on-call rota
- Shared rota pattern with team members
- Compliance with company and site personnel policies
