JLL is seeking a pricing, project and compliance manager for our Water division in Manchester.
The role will take projects from cradle to grave, requiring a strong facilities management background, pricing/tendering expertise, and robust financial awareness to drive successful outcomes.
You will liaise with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, report on performance trends, and ensure compliance with FM procedures.
A fully qualified FM trade background and good IT skills are expected.
