Position Overview
We are looking for a pricing, project and compliance manager for our rapidly growing Water division, to take new projects from cradle to grave.
This person will have a strong facilities management background and have sound knowledge of pricing/tendering, project planning, strong financial awareness, and be able to liaise effectively with stakeholders on both sides of projects.
Responsibilities
- Take new projects from cradle to grave, including understanding project details and scope.
- Price, estimate, and tender new work.
- Work closely with APs and the operations manager to ensure scheduling meets risk factors and operational assurance.
- Provide reports and analysis on performance trends and drive continuous improvement across the division.
- Use strong financial awareness to prioritize new and existing work, working with finance business partner and budget control.
- Manage programs of work and handle multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with the operations manager.
- Work closely with the technical manager and provide operational support when required.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified in an FM related trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Carpentry).
- Good all-round IT skills.
- Experience in a similar role within facilities management.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Strong understanding of FM related compliance and procedures.
- Good knowledge of risk management.
