Position Overview

We are looking for a pricing, project and compliance manager for our rapidly growing Water division, to take new projects from cradle to grave.

This person will have a strong facilities management background and have sound knowledge of pricing/tendering, project planning, strong financial awareness, and be able to liaise effectively with stakeholders on both sides of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Take new projects from cradle to grave, including understanding project details and scope.
  • Price, estimate, and tender new work.
  • Work closely with APs and the operations manager to ensure scheduling meets risk factors and operational assurance.
  • Provide reports and analysis on performance trends and drive continuous improvement across the division.
  • Use strong financial awareness to prioritize new and existing work, working with finance business partner and budget control.
  • Manage programs of work and handle multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with the operations manager.
  • Work closely with the technical manager and provide operational support when required.

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified in an FM related trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Carpentry).
  • Good all-round IT skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within facilities management.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Strong understanding of FM related compliance and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of risk management.
