We are looking for a Surveyor for our Asset Repositioning team which sits within our Development and Regeneration business line in Capital Markets.
Role Purpose
The surveyor will work within a market leading team in JLL’s Capital Markets business focusing on the Asset Repositioning, with a specific focus on mixed use development and repurposing strategy for sale.
What this job involves:
- Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (Including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Company clients)
- Project managing cross sector teams to lead development strategy advice
- Development modelling with Argus capability essential
- Preparation of asset repositioning market reports
- Financial analysis of opportunities
- Pre-sale due diligence / Pre-acquisition due diligence
- Coaching and upskilling of graduates
To apply you need to be / have:
- RICS certification or close to obtaining it
- Strong communication and presenting skills
- Highly organised with ability to manage teams and hit deadlines
- Need to be highly numerate with good report writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and experience in development appraisals
- The successful candidate will be self-motivated, innovative and hungry for success
