About Property & Development Services (PDS)

Property & Development Services brings together the expertise needed to deliver successful real estate projects from concept to completion. Our teams work with clients to plan, design, deliver, and optimise buildings and developments that shape how people live, work, and connect.

Our Early Career programmes within PDS:

  • Project Management – Leading construction and development projects from conception through to completion, coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring delivery meets client objectives and quality standards.
  • Cost Management – Providing commercial and financial expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial cost planning and procurement advice to contract administration and final account settlement, ensuring clients achieve value for money.
  • Building Surveying – Delivering technical building expertise across property portfolios, including condition surveys, dilapidations, refurbishment projects, and planned maintenance strategies to optimise building performance and compliance.
  • Sustainability Engineering – Advising on environmental performance and sustainable design, helping clients reduce carbon emissions, achieve green building certifications, and create energy-efficient, future-ready buildings that align with net-zero ambitions.

Across all our programmes, you'll combine technical knowledge with commercial insight to solve complex property challenges for a diverse range of clients, from global corporations to public sector organisations and developers.
