Responsibilities

  • Gain knowledge to understand the needs of our clients and be able to advise customers, investors and purchasing advisors in furniture design solutions.
  • Develop sales activities and professional networks.
  • Create sales offers and look book presentations with financial follow-ups.
  • Coordinate projects globally with strong interaction with assistants and the Business Manager, the logistics department, and other departments of the JLL / Tetris group.
  • Provide client follow-up and foster customer loyalty.
  • Monitor furniture installations, shadow and take deliveries onsite when needed.
  • Coordinate with other contractors such as Electrical/AV/IT/Planting.
  • Learn and understand embodied carbon tracking.

Qualifications

  • Furniture industry knowledge (1–2 years).
  • Understanding of professional furniture distribution.
  • Strong culture of design and 360° space layouts.
  • Keen sense of business and customer satisfaction.
  • Team spirit.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Dynamism.
  • Flexibility.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Driving licence.
