Position Overview
Join our HR Operations team as a HR Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across the performance management lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Employees, Managers, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to ensure consistent, compliant, and compassionate handling of critical employee matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving proactive engagement and minimising business risk
- Utilising technology to advance employee relations metrics
- Developing training guides and best practices for line managers
- Leading workforce growth and serving as local HR professional
- Facilitating local employee and line manager training programs
Performance Management Excellence
- Manage routine performance improvement plans (PIPs) and probation reviews
- Support lower risk misconduct cases, workplace grievances and dispute resolution
- Facilitate employee departure processing and documentation
- Ensure faster resolution of performance-related issues with consistent processes across teams
People Support & Compliance
- Support TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) processes
- Support lower risk disciplinary procedures and lead investigations into common workplace misconduct concerns
- Coordinate absence management programs and support strategies
- Process flexible working, workplace adjustments and wellbeing requests with sensitivity and compliance
Business Support & Collaboration
- Partner with HR Business Partners on complex people performance matters
- Support Reduction in Force (RIF) consultation activities and communications
- Process support on routine client-requested employee relocations and off-site arrangements
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience through streamlined processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and case management systems
- Contribute to policy development and process standardisation initiatives

Qualifications / Experience / Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., CIPD Accreditation, BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)
- Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organisation
- Skilled team player who is able to communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively
- London based, office 3 times per week
