  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key flexible workspace providers, ensuring JLL remains a preferred partner and clients benefit from exclusive access and terms.
  • Conduct ongoing market research on landlords, operators, and evolving market dynamics to maintain competitive intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by creating compelling materials that highlight our flexible workspace capabilities and support business development efforts.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrable track record of generating new business, meeting targets, and closing deals through proactive outreach.
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills and the confidence to engage prospects at all levels through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently with an entrepreneurial approach to building your client portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients and stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of synthesizing market data into actionable insights and persuasive proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for pipeline tracking and PowerPoint for client presentations.
