We are seeking a semi-skilled Fan Coil Maintenance Engineer to support the efficient delivery of fan coil maintenance services in office environments, predominantly during night shifts and outside normal working hours. Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and basic repairs on fan coil units within office buildings, following clear procedures and safety guidelines.
- Conduct visual inspections, replace filters, clean coils, and check controls for correct operation.
- Support more complex maintenance activities under supervision, learning new skills on the job.
- Work a combination of night and shift patterns to minimize disruption to office operations and ensure maintenance is completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all works carried out, flagging any issues or faults identified during routine checks.
