Working within the Executive Services team, the Executive Events Host will lead a small team of host staff, working closely with all service lines to drive and maintain service standards. The role reports to the Executive Host Manager and focuses on service improvement, guest satisfaction and team training.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily running of the site, supervising facility operations including maintenance, conference facilities, security procedures and health and safety.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and overnight stays.
- Promote a health and safety culture and ensure high standards of cleaning, catering and maintenance, escalating issues appropriately.
- Host high‑profile guests with discretion and maintain a high level of service.
- Support logistics of customer visits and manage bookings effectively using Microsoft applications.
- Understand and work within client strategies, policies and procedures, providing VIP concierge and service.
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure AV/IT systems are in working order daily.
- Serve as Duty Manager, overseeing safety, operational management and high service standards; support emergency procedures when required.
- Lead by example to promote a customer‑centric style of service.
- Record and track customer preferences for future visits.
- Conduct training sessions for the wider team to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- Extensive hospitality and/or customer service experience.

- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
