Lead regional risk identification and communication programs related to MEP engineering delivery (Operational Risk Advisory – ORA). Drive cost optimization and improvement strategies using quantifiable, data-driven analysis from all available sources. Lead sourcing and procurement of regional contracts for technical products and services.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and engineering standards across all regional properties, promoting a culture of safety excellence. Oversee and coordinate incident management response, investigation, and governance processes in collaboration with client teams and key stakeholders. Lead the investigation of engineering-related incidents, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across multiple service verticals (operations, projects, small works) to ensure MEP engineering principles are embedded throughout the asset lifecycle. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including property managers, project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless operations. Oversee and manage relevant elements of JLL's and client engineering assurance programs across the region.
